It is being reported all over the internet that Dwayne Bowe, wide receiver for the Kansas City Chiefs, has signed his franchise tender of around 9.5 million for the 2012 season.

Good.

Because I hate when a player holds out because they didn’t want to be franchised. It’s your union that agreed to have this franchise rule in place, so deal with it. Only one being punished by staying away from training camp is yourself and fantasy managers!

And, for that matter, it’s really time for MJD to show up to his team. Dude, I love ya (having owned you in a keeper league for 5 years and knowing you are a fantasy nut), but come’on. You signed the contract. And you still have two years left on said contract. And you could argue that they overpaid you when you signed the initial contract. Yes, you just lead…
